Donna Garr, an English teacher at Rye High School for nine years and the Director of Guidance at Westlake High School for 18 years, is permanently certified in Secondary English, Special Education, Guidance & Counseling, and Administration & Supervision. She has earned four Masters’ Degrees and has been recognized by four prestigious colleges and universities as Educator of the Year.

Chris Johnson, a respected freelance writer, received his B.A. in Dramatic Literature, Theater History and Cinema from NYU and his M.A. in Writing from Manhattanville College. His credits include: Editor-in-Chief, Inkwell Literary Journal; Staff Writer, Strover Communications; Writer and Reviewer, “Shecky’s Bar, Club and Lounge Guide” and he is a writer of novels, short stories and poetry.
